SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we dispatch physical items (hardware and apparel) and what you can expect once your order is placed. Please read it alongside our Refunds and Returns policy.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within three (3) to five (5) business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, dispatch may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you by email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We ship worldwide. All physical orders are shipped via DHL Express. Shipping is charged at a flat rate, which is calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer a discounted flat rate; please note that this discount may be subject to change in the future.
Estimated delivery time is three (3) to five (5) business days once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DUTIES AND TAXES
For most international destinations, all applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid), so there are no additional charges to pay on delivery. Please note that not all regions are covered by our Delivered Duty Paid arrangement. Where a destination is not covered, the customer may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country on arrival. These charges are beyond our control and are not included in the price of the goods or the shipping cost.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
RA Control and any other digital products are delivered electronically and are not physically shipped. Access and download instructions are provided by email following your purchase. This Shipping Policy applies to physical items (hardware and apparel) only.
DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT
Rocksolid Audio Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us at the details below so we can arrange a resolution.
