PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy explains the subscription purchase options available for RA Control and how you may cancel them. By subscribing, you agree to the terms set out below.

 

SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS

 

RA Control is available on a subscription basis with two billing options: a monthly plan and an annual plan. The price and billing frequency of your chosen plan are displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

 

BILLING AND RENEWAL

 

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you selected) using your saved payment method, until it is cancelled. The renewal charge is taken at the start of each new billing period at the rate applicable to your plan.

 

CANCELLATION

 

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew for the next billing period, and no further charges will be taken. Your access will continue until the end of your current paid period, after which it will end.

Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the remainder of the current billing period. You will retain access to RA Control for the full period you have already paid for.

 

REFUNDS

 

Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. For questions about refunds on physical items, please refer to our Refunds and Returns policy.
